Shipping Policy
Raya operates on a specialized pre-order model to ensure the highest quality, ethical production, and exclusivity (limited to 99 pieces per design). Please review the following terms regarding the shipment and delivery of your unique garment.
Production and Processing Time
All Raya items are produced specifically for you following the closure of the pre-order cycle.
Production Time: Once the pre-order window closes, please allow approximately 10 to 12 weeks for the meticulous production and finishing of your garment in our European atelier.
Processing: Following quality control and numbering, we typically require 3–5 business days to process and dispatch the item from our Swiss headquarters.
Total Estimated Timeline: The total time from order placement to delivery will include the production time plus the shipping time (detailed below).
Shipping Carriers and Methods
All shipments, both domestic and international, are handled by Swiss Post (La Poste Suisse) and their trusted global delivery partners.
Note: All delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or unforeseen events.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. Additional taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply depending on your country of delivery and must be borne by the consumer, who is solely responsible for these costs.
International: Costs are calculated based on region and include insured delivery.
International Orders, Customs, and Duties
Raya ships worldwide. Please be aware of the following conditions for international deliveries:
Recipient Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, tariffs, taxes, or other charges levied by their country of residence. These fees are not included in the item price or the shipping cost paid to Raya.
Customs Clearance: Customs policies vary by country. We strongly encourage you to contact your local customs office for detailed information before placing your order.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes and returned to Switzerland, the customer will be responsible for: the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the return, and costs associated with the return shipment. These amounts will be deducted from any refund issued by Raya.
Risk of Loss
All products are carefully inspected and packed before being handed over to the carrier.
Transfer of Risk: Once Raya transfers the ordered products to Swiss Post (La Poste Suisse), title and risk of loss or damage pass entirely to the customer.
We highly recommend you monitor your tracking information closely once the item has been dispatched.
