The process

The fabric travels first.
Each cloth is chosen from the finest mills of northern Italy — selected for weight, drape, and longevity.

Every seam is guided by trained hands.
The result carries a unique serial number and a promise of permanence.

The artisan's eye is the final measure.
A garment is not finished until the artisan's eye is satisfied.
Every RAYA piece is cut and assembled
at our partner atelier in Lyon.
Each série is produced as a single numbered run.
There is no stock waiting.
