How does the numbered system work?

Each série is limited to 99 pieces. When you reserve a piece, you choose your number — from 01/99 to 99/99. That number is yours permanently. When all 99 numbers are claimed, the série closes and does not reopen.

How long does delivery take?

Each piece is made to order in our Lyon atelier after you reserve it. Allow 10 weeks from reservation to delivery. This is not a delay — it is the process of making something by hand.

Can I return or exchange my piece?

Because each piece is made specifically for you after your reservation, we do not accept returns. We encourage you to review the size guide carefully and write to us with any questions before reserving.

What sizes are available?

The Duster Set is available in XS, S, and M. Please refer to our size guide for exact measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the jacket.

How do I care for my piece?

Dry clean only. Store flat, away from direct light. The care booklet included with your piece contains full instructions.

Where are RAYA pieces made?

Every piece is cut and assembled by hand at our partner atelier in Lyon, France. Fabrics are sourced from mills in northern Italy.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your piece leaves the atelier, you will receive a tracking number by email. We will also write to you personally to confirm dispatch.
