How does the numbered system work?

Each série is limited to 99 pieces. When you reserve, you choose your number — from 01/99 to 99/99. That number belongs to you permanently, recorded in the Piece Passport that accompanies your piece. When all 99 numbers are claimed, the série closes and does not reopen.

What is the pre-sell, and how does it work?

The pre-sell is the window during which you can reserve your number before production begins. It opens to the Privileged list first, then to the public. Once all 99 numbers are claimed, the pre-sell closes. Production then begins as a single run. There is no restock.

How do I get early access to the pre-sell?

Register on the Privileged list at raya-fashion.com/pages/reserve. Members receive access before the public opening. No commitment is required to register.

When does production begin?

Production of Série I begins September 15, 2026. All 99 pieces are produced in a single run. Delivery follows approximately 10 weeks after production begins.

How long does delivery take?

All 99 pieces are produced together in a single run beginning September 15, 2026. Allow approximately 10 weeks from that date for delivery. This is not a delay. It is the process.

What is the price of a piece?

Pricing is confirmed at checkout when you select your number. Mirror numbers (11, 22, 33, 44, 55, 66, 77, 88) and the special numbers 01 and 99 are priced differently, reflecting their rarity within the édition.

What sizes are available?

The Duster Set is available in three sizes: XS/S, M/L, and XL/XXL. Each size covers a range — please refer to the size guide for exact measurements and our fit simulator to find yours. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the jacket length.

Can I return or exchange my piece?

Because each piece is produced specifically within your édition after your reservation, we do not accept returns. We encourage you to review the size guide carefully and write to us with any questions before reserving.

What is the Piece Passport?

Every numbered piece ships with a Piece Passport — a certified document that records your number, the série, and the piece's origin. It is proof of authenticity and part of what makes each number irreversible.

Where are RAYA pieces made?

Every piece is cut and assembled by hand at our partner atelier in Lyon, France. Fabric is sourced from mills in Piedmont, northern Italy.

How do I care for my piece?

Dry clean only. Store flat, away from direct light. The care booklet included with your piece contains full instructions.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your piece leaves the atelier, you will receive a tracking number by email. We will also write to you personally to confirm dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. RAYA ships worldwide. Shipping details and estimated costs are confirmed at checkout.
